Enrichment Classes
Our hands-on enrichment classes spark a love of learning through exciting science experiments and engaging social studies adventures. From exploring ecosystems to diving into world cultures, each session brings learning to life.
Wild Worlds: Animals, Habitats & Hands-On Discovery
Ages 7-10
$150
Get ready for a wild adventure on June 9–10 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM! In this hands-on enrichment class, students will explore the amazing ways animals adapt to survive in their natural habitats—from the depths of the ocean to the peaks of the mountains. Through interactive lessons, STEAM challenges, and model-making activities, young scientists will dive deep into the world of animal survival.
For our ultimate challenge, students will bring a small stuffed animal or plastic figure to transform into a biome survivor! But here's the twist: they’ll choose a biome where their animal would not naturally survive—and creatively design the adaptations it would need to thrive there. Can a penguin survive the desert? Could a jungle frog live in the arctic? With science, imagination, and teamwork, anything is possible!
Each day includes a snack break and free play time to encourage friendship and fun. This class is perfect for curious kids who love animals, building, and thinking outside the box.
Storm Squad: Exploring Weather & Atmosphere
Ages 7-10
$150
Join us June 23–24 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for two days of hands-on weather discovery! In this exciting enrichment class, students will explore the science behind storms, the layers of the atmosphere, and how weather patterns form. Through engaging STEM challenges and earth science projects, kids will build their own weather tools—like barometers—and experiment with how air pressure and temperature affect our skies. With a mix of interactive learning, model-making, and real-world applications, students will think like young meteorologists while having a blast. Each day also includes a snack break and free play time to build friendships and fuel creativity. Perfect for curious learners who love science, building, and exploring the “why” behind the weather!
Owl Explorers: Discovering Nature One Pellet at a Time
Ages 7-10
$150
Join us July 14–15 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a hands-on science adventure all about owls! In this engaging enrichment class, students will explore the fascinating world of these nighttime hunters—their habitats, adaptations, and role in the food chain. The highlight of the class is a real owl pellet dissection, where students will uncover bones and other clues to investigate what owls eat and how they survive in the wild.
With plenty of hands-on learning, scientific discovery, and just the right amount of “ew!” factor, this class is perfect for curious nature lovers. Each day also includes a snack break and free play time to build friendships and spark creativity.
Spots are limited—don’t miss this one-of-a-kind wildlife experience!
Medieval Makers: A Renaissance Festival in the Classroom

Throughout the two days, students will take on roles like blacksmiths, apothecaries, artists, and inventors as they design medieval-inspired crafts, build mini catapults, create coat-of-arms banners, and more. They'll discover how people lived, learned, and celebrated in a time full of legends and innovation. The class will wrap up with a festive “Faire” where students can showcase their creations and inventions in true Renaissance style!
With plenty of hands-on projects, creative expression, and opportunities for storytelling and role play, this class is perfect for kids who love history, fantasy, and making learning come alive. Snack break and free play are included each day!
Beats & Breaths: A Hands-On Anatomy Adventure

Join us July 7–8 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for an unforgettable journey inside the human body! In this hands-on science class, students will explore the incredible systems that keep our bodies alive and moving—from the beating heart to the expanding lungs and everything in between.
Through interactive activities, models, and experiments, we’ll uncover how the circulatory, respiratory, and other major systems work together. The highlight of the class is a guided dissection* of a real mammal heart or lungs (optional for participation), giving students a fascinating up-close look at anatomy in action—just like real scientists and doctors!
With a perfect mix of learning, exploration, and hands-on discovery, this class is ideal for kids who are curious about biology, medicine, or how their own bodies work. Daily snack break and free play time included to balance out the brainwork!
Ancient Egypt: Mummies, Pyramids & Hands-On History
Ages 9-12

Dissection FAQ – What Parents Need to Know
As part of our Inside Out: Exploring the Human Body class, students will have the opportunity to participate in a guided dissection of a mammal heart or lungs. This is a powerful, hands-on way to understand anatomy and how organs work in real life—something textbooks and diagrams can’t fully replicate!
Participation is optional. Students who choose not to participate in the dissection will be provided with alternative hands-on activities, models, and observation opportunities.
Safety is a priority. All dissections are done under close supervision with gloves, tools, and safety guidelines provided and explained.
Age-appropriate instruction. The dissection is taught with care, using age-appropriate language and scientific focus to encourage curiosity and respect for biology.
If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out—we want every child to feel safe, comfortable, and excited to learn!
